Lavazza Kometa FAQs

The Kometa is a compact bean-to-cup machine for small offices, meeting rooms and boutique hospitality spaces. At 308mm wide it fits where most commercial machines won’t, and it still brews genuine Lavazza whole beans through a 12 inch touchscreen.
No, it uses powdered milk, which is a deliberate design choice: nothing to spoil over a weekend and one less daily cleaning job. It also has a dedicated hot chocolate option alongside the coffee menu.
How much does the Lavazza Kometa hold?
Very little. It has a fast automatic cleaning cycle, and using powdered rather than fresh milk removes the most time-consuming daily task on milk-based machines. A professional descale by a Vero engineer during routine servicing covers the rest.
Yes, that’s the machine’s home ground: small offices, meeting rooms and boutique venues where a full-size bean-to-cup machine would crowd the room. The slim body and on-screen multimedia give it a finish that suits front-of-house use. Compatible with Nayax contactless payment system
Yes, the Kometa is available through Vero Coffee’s rental packages, which include servicing and maintenance from Kometa trained engineers in the monthly fee. Rental comes with an exclusive coffee supply agreement, so a small office orders its Lavazza beans from Vero alongside the machine.
