An excellent blend made up of 100% Central and South American Arabica, with the aroma and intense liquorish flavours of Central American beans combined with the delicate acidic aroma of South American beans. Great finesse in the cup, with a mellow and thick crema.
- Origins: Coffee grows in the highest plateaus of the area (900-1300 m.), Characterized by dry and cold winters. It is left to dry in the sun on the characteristic local “patios”.
