TIP 1. FLUSH YOUR WATER FILTER
After a long time of inactivity, make sure your water filter is flushed or have your water filter changed, to ensure the optimal taste of the espresso being serviced as well as to not cause any damage to your equipment
TIP 2. CHECK MACHINE PRESSURE
Once turned on the machine, please check the boiler and pump pressure to make sure working correct, and check any leaking underneath the machine
TIP 3. CHECK WASTE FLOW
Make sure water can flow freely into the waste pipe
TIP 4. DESIGNATED CLOTHS
Colour coded barista cloths for the counter, stem wand and filter basket are recommended
TIP 5. INVERT PITCHER
Use pitcher rinser for a quick and convenient clean, and replace your frothing jug regularly
TIP 6. CLEAN HOPPER
Clean your coffee hopper daily to remove the oil residue and ensure they are air-dried before putting back onto the hopper
TIP 7. SET GRINDER
Calibrating your coffee grinder to ensure optimal extraction time and consistent espresso
TIP 8. SET MACHINE
Ensure the machine is giving the right espresso dosage, you might require our professional service engineer to help you with re-programme the machine
TIP 9. HANDLING CUP
To ensure the best hygiene standard are achieved, always handle the crockery by the handle, not by the rim of the cup; and only hold the bottom half of the takeaway cup
TIP 10. CLEAR WORKFLOW
Clean and efficient workflow is crucial for your coffee business, start grinding and tamping your coffee on the left, move onto the barista machine in the middle, then switch to the right to stem your milk, pour and serve to the customer
