Located in Artane, Taza Restaurant has been the go-to places for a delicious evening meal or a family gathering for many Dubliners. They endeavour to give their customers great dining experience with a great menu, amazing food and friendly staff.
Taza was looking for a high-quality coffee offer to tie in with the quality offering of their newly opened restaurant. Vero was approached having worked with one of the owners in another establishment and a complete coffee solution was required to include the supply of equipment, training and supply of coffee and ancillaries. The expectation for coffee was a high-quality blend that would compete very strongly with the existing establishments in the area and also compliment the premium food that would be on offer.
Molinari 100% Gourmet Arabica was recommended, as this high-end exclusive blend was very much in keeping with the Taza ethos of quality. An Orchestrale Ethica 2 group machine was chosen for both its sleek design, reliability and performance capabilities. This was paired with an on-demand grinder for reduced noise in keeping with the restaurant setting.
Barista training as an essential part of our service was also provided on-site covering all aspects of coffee preparation, to ensure the customer can get the best from the chosen blend. Coffee machine general cleaning and maintenance were also provided, to ensure the optimum coffee quality and the longevity of the equipment.
Since opening, Taza has become synonymous for quality. Its popularity and acclaim continues to grow and it has fast become a destination on the foodie circuit, renowned for the outstanding quality of authentic Pakistani and Eastern Cuisine, complimented with a fantastic coffee offering.
